States of matter

Changes in the states of matter Matter is anyting that have mass and take up space. matter divides into three kinds of states. Solid, liquid, and gases. the solids particles are compact, they not move freely such as liquids particles, and  gases particles are  more separated . The three kinds of states change by especifics conditions like heat or by decreases temperatures. A solid became into liquid when this is subjected to increases temperatures. The solids have a melting point that. When the solid reaches this point the particles started to move freely. The heat required to melt 1 kg at its melting point is called heat of fusion. This is the change from solid to liquid, but it can be also upside down.  The liquid can be changed into solid when this reaches a decrease temperature the temperature at which this occurs is called the frezzing point. There are materials such as glasses in which this converts more vicous as its temperature decreases.

Solids

Kinetic theory of matter They tell us about to terms. States matter: tells you about if the object is solid, liquid and gases. They behave different one to another in different situations. And tell us about matter that is anything that takes up space and has mass.                                 Atoms Is the smallest particle that makes up matter.  When the particles combine they form a particle named molecule. Each molecule us the mix of a certain number of atoms linked one to another. One example of a molecule is CO2 that is carbon dioxide. The state of the matter depends on how its atoms and molecules arranged and depends on the movement                             Matter in motion The particles moved because of their collisions with the other particles. The term kinetic theory of matters said that particles are in constant movement.                   Temperature and heat Temperature is the average kinetic energy in a partic

Thinking critically 16. Much discussion has focused on the need to drive more efficient cars and use less electricity. If the law of conservation of energy is true, why are people concerned about energy usage? R/ there are people that do not have an abundant knowledge about what is energy and how we can use it. 17. If heat flows in only one direction, how can both hot and cool liquids reach room temperature as they sit on a table? R/ by the using of convection since there is a difference of temperature. So at time pass both liquids transfers thermal energy. 18.Think about what happens to jack and jill in the nursery rhyme. What kind of energy are used? How was each energy form used? R/ they used kinetic energy because jack fells down so kinetic energy is used in form of falling. 19. Compare the three temperatures scales you learned about. How are they different? How are they similar? R/ The three types of scales are different in the way of

Energy reactions

Exothermic And Endothermic Reactions Endothermic reaction                                                            Exothermic reaction      Baking bread                                                                                          Burning wood                                                                                                                Striking a match to light it                                                                                                                Exploding dynamite Why is a endothermic reaction ?                                                                 W hy are exothermic reactions ? When you are baking a bread                                                              Are exothermic reactions because the heat is transferring to the                                                               in all the points heat is been  bread, so, this is absorbing

SOURCE FOR HEAT ENERGY SOURCE:  I select a solar collector beacuse is a system that is starting to be using. CONCLUSION:  collector area  =400 ft2   = 1  living space = 1,076 ft2    = 2.69 For each 2.69 ft2 of living space of my home, we will need 1 ft2of solar collector, for keep the heat at the home.

CLEANBOT A major problem in the communities is the lack of of the civility, people throw garbage on street and their pets do their needs but their owner do not pickup them up. This is why we have designed a robotic project that will help clear the streets.   DESIGNED   This robot will have a chip, in this chip will integrated all the commands to perform all this task. work such as sweeping, picking up litters and feces. This will have a scanner by which the robot can recognize the solid waste. it will have four wheels which will reach up to kilometers per hour. This robot will be monitored by using wifi and with a range of 1 km. This is a project that will benefit the big cities as they are the least neat and should take more care.  It hill have a value of 10,000 dollars
